Edit: I losed an inch of my belly. I say that if u are too lazy to exercise, u can do it 2 times a month.

»Only eat when you feel hungry (no emotional eating/bored eating)
»Try to eat the least of sugary things as possible
»Walk around a lot (if you want to take it to the next lever, maybe exercise)
»Drink a lot of cold water (adding citrus-y things will make it better!)
»Eat citrus fruits, it helps with your metabolism
»Try not to look in the mirror too much

Notice how mostly all of us are trying to get a quarantine glow up
-Eat 3 times a day
-dance for 20 minutes or less each 2 hours in the daytime
-Drink a lot of water! Like 6 cups a day, depends on you
-if ever sitting, have your belly straight, no relaxing. Only if needed.
-stand straight a lot
-try avoiding foods such as; noodles, fries, ice cream, chocolate, chips, hamburgers, outside food (like, KFC, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, or similar places) or any similar food!
-Run in the same spot a lot
-clean. It gets you moving a bit.
-ask for suggestions by a close friend/relative
-sleep for at least 9 hours
-take a walk/run in the city or park
-don’t look at people with a body shape you have a goal to

guys i will let you know if it works! and i have question do i really need thos grape juises bc i dont have :(
So I followed the directions for the most part but I did change some things
Firstly I did eat because I do get hungry I had avocado toast around twelve an banana as a snack and meatloaf and potato salad for dinner but that’s it
I started the thing around ten instead of eight so I skipped a few drinks
I substituted the carrot juice for just cold water and the juice of any kind for milk
I didn’t do the one at ten
I got up this morning and ate some (again) avocado toast even after eating I saw that my belly was pretty flat
Keep in mind that I was already fairly flat so if you want a really significant change I would definitely follow the directions exactly and only eat once or not at all that day
