Travis Scott is on his way to becoming one of the most important artists of all time in any genre! The way he crafts melodies is on the level of the greatest musicians in this century without doubt thus far but is at least as good as the greats such as Miles and Coltrane in the way he melds together all elements of the composition in it's entirety. He is on Another Level with his production. He is ahead of his time with out doubt in my mind as all the greatest creative minds are for they are the ones who change the paradigm in there own times or even after they are gone. I truly believe the best art has to grow on its audience. I also believe this reason for this to be the most obvious, there is no context upon which to base or even directly compare the artist creativeness. Something new has been born which is the essence of creating. Travis is at that level in such his production is again on a whole other plane, his genius is taken a step further as well tho. In my mind he is gonna be influencing generations of artists for possibly centuries to come. He is modern music's compositional meastro. His true genius is that he still makes his music accessable today as well to anyone with an ear for great music with soul. Ahead of his time and of his time as well. Kendrick and Travis are on their ways to changing everything in the most popular form of culture in the modern world, HIP HOP!
