So after reading all those comments and how this improved their eyesight, I will give it a try for myself now. Most of them didn’t write their experience for a long term in the comments, so I will try to do it. My goal is to do it for at least a month.
And I will really keep you updated

first day : it was kinda refreshing for my eyes, and I feel more awake then sleepy. Idk why but maybe it will be different the next day

Day 2: it was better and easier doing the forms with the eyes. I don’t really see a difference.

Day3: so it was still the Same, but with a slight difference to the better.

Day4: in this day it was the Same a day three. I really think that it got a little bit better so I will continue. And of course you won’t see great results within a week. But it definitely works

Day five to seven where almost the same results as day four. But I can see an improvement. I will definitely continue. I didn’t want to always write the same, so I think that it would be better to write it every three days.

And btw I think that it would be the best to do this before going to sleep and when waking up, because it works for me like that :)




So 2 weeks have passed since I started it. I have been seeing changes, but they are not the budgets ones. I try to not always wear my glasses which actually helped a lot.




It’s been a month and let me tell you something. It did indeed work. I still see a bit blurry, but it’s not as bad as when a started it. I changed my diet too. And ate lots of vegetables ( that’s what was told in the internet to do ). I stopped looking too much on my phone. So just start doing it. You have nothing to lose

I am 68 and have worn contacts and glasses since 18. I have been doing these exercises for 5 days and already my eyesight has greatly improved. I can actually feel my eye muscles tighter. Many thanks for the video.

Results: 1 more week till 1 month and still see no change. Its crazy I've been doing this for a total of 3 hour and 30 minutes and still no change. Crazy right. Never stopping though.

Results: So I have two possible reasons why this isn't working. First a person from this comment said that this exercise is only to stop an eyesight from getting more worse. Second, I use a device 3-4 hours a day.


This concludes this test. I was hoping to reach 2 months but I dont see any change ir improvement so I will have to abandon. THX for all the support.

My eyesight has gone worse as I’m constantly staring at my screen. I’m near sighted so seeing anything further away from me is a struggle especially at school. I can’t even see the whiteboard properly at the front desk without glasses.. I’ll be doing this exercise two times a day everyday. Hopefully it helps!

Edit: my last check up was four years ago and it was -0.75 at that time. However it has definitely gone up over the years. My guess would be -1.5 but I have no idea..

I’ll update this the first week and then at least once a month after that

Week 1: I find that my eyes are a lot less tired! I really like the last exercise as it makes my eyes attempt to focus more. However I don't see any major differences so far but I feel like it's working

13 sep: I have to admit I’ve been a bit inconsistent due to school but once I get on back on track with everything I’ll update you guys

I just started the muscle exercise for the eyes, it has proven to work. These exercises help circulate blood in the muscles releasing tension outside the eyeballs, and it's a fact that eye exercises is something that we never do. I'm glad that I found this video. There are more videos out there. It has been proven that those individuals who work the eye muscles can reverse Macular Degeneration, glaucoma , cataracts, etc. A brazilian eye doctor has proven to society that they can take their vision back if your exercise your eye muscles, or you can sit back and lose your eyesight little by little. I choose to exercise my eye muscles. I can't wait to pass this information to my sister, she has Macular Degeneration. Glad that I'm always doing research.
