After watching it I came here to give my review in case anyone cares .
The movies has a lot of cliche parts that are extremely predictable and don't seem natural , but it's not that bad . I had fun watching and I don't feel like I lost any time . I find it very motivational and somehow it makes you see life from a different perspective . The characters were quite nice , especially Laura Marano . Cami Mendes's character was not deep at all .. they made her the best hateable character . They did not show any good part in her at all .. she had nothing nice to say , just your typical mean villain . As for the comments saying it was predictable , it was in certain parts ,but that's how rom coms are . Of course he is going to end up with the goofy girl , that's how every teen rom com ends and I have watched quite many . This is a movie directed mostly to teenagers ( like me ) .. it's not supposed to be a life changing movie , it's just a cute Netflix movie with some of the most loved actors at the moment .


I would give it a rating of 8/10 . I enjoyed it , it was fun and it made me forget about my worries . I recommend watching it if you feel like you need a little bit of motivation .

Netflix...i hate to break it to u.
But, u trying too hard with the gay biracial dyslexic bestfriend who has absolutely no point to the story line. I say if u want a white straight guy in it just put the white straight guy and not try to be "woke" in just one character who is actually useless to the plot. Like, too hard...just trying a bit too hard
