These days, even if it's good to watch on YouTube, sometimes people skip it or don't watch it if it's too long.

OKAY GUYS,
im going to try this out, 10 minutes a day (broken up into two 5-minute session) for 14 days and will update you all at the end
..like, actually update you and not disappear like many others
i will also be including measurements too, and will keep my diet the same (i don't eat healthily but i don't eat 100% junk food either)
these are current measurements i took just now;
GENDER ; FEMALE
AGE ; 17
HEIGHT ; 170cm
WEIGHT ; 150lb/68kg (yikes, its been a while since i've weighed myself, i didnt realize i had put on so much weight over the past year)
WAIST ; 29 inches (thank you to whoever requested this btw)
so yeah, i will not weigh myself until the 14th day for optimum surprise (hopefully), and will tell you if the result is visible. If it doesnt work im gonna tell you straight-up so i hope all doubters see my future update because i'm skeptical too. wish me luck guys !

IM BACK WITH AN UPDATE AS PROMISED
first of all, wow, i didn't realize so many people would be anticipating my results, so that's kinda cool and daunting i guess
i'm going to say the figures straight away, so those who aren't interested in the process can see what they want to see and leave.
YES I LOST WEIGHT, NO IT WASN'T A CRAZY AMOUNT.
i dropped 3 and a half lb's (1.5kg) and lost 1.5cm around the waist over (technically) 15 days.
now let me tell you all, for a simple exercise, i'm quite impressed, i really didn't expect anything. obviously i can't be too sure that it is a direct result of the exercise, but i kept my diet pretty normal and didn't do anything abnormal so..
i would also like to point out i understand why a lot of people say they will do it and never update. DOING THIS FOR TEN MINUTES IS VERY BORING. like really, i'm not a lazy person (wassup to my fellow dancers) but i had to force myself to get through it.
also, doing this will leave you feeling a bit dizzy 7/10 times, so watch out for that i guess.
do i notice a difference? yes, kind of, my lower abdomen looks slightly flatter, which is a plus. but at the same time, it's not like a magical transformation that some of you guys may have expected.
i will not be continuing to do this though, because while it's cool that a 10 minute exercise helped me slim down a bit, the exercise is so boring that i'd rather do body weight exercises (as a body-weight exercise hater, thats saying something)
so yeah, that's all i think. if anyone has anymore questions feel free to ask.

I tried this for one and half weeks and I lost 2 kg (around four pounds). My diet was horrible but it worked. Now my sleep is mucked up and I've been eating more junk food. I gained 1kg (2 pounds) back :(

Edit : hey it's next week + 1 day . So I didn't do the last day but I did loose 4 pounds the 3rd day 0.0 I was 105 and now I'm 101 ... so I guess it does work and I'm gonna try to keep doing it :)

It looks silly, but it actually works. It's a common Asian practice. My mom, dad, and grandmother all did this for about 30 min to an hour a day while watching TV - this is all they would do. My mom has a better figure than me at 55 and she's maintained her healthy weight of 90 lbs her whole life (she is a 4' 10", so very tiny) without exercise or limiting her diet in any way, shape, or form. You can also spread your legs and bend your knees a bit but not nearly as low as a squat, instead of slanting your spine backwards, although that is good for your posture and back pain. Instead of one long exhale, you can also do one inhale, and many short, quick, and forceful exhales. I'll try both ways for some weeks each and see which one is better. I might totally forget to come back to this video to update you guys though, so no promises lol.
