I'm late but I believe the "swap" happens at 3:59. The body type has gotten different at that. But my god. How Marc gets behind the judges. I can't even think how.

The board says Shin Lim, influencing Howie to say Shin as his most memorable act. You can only see through the window one way, Shin was behind the board sleight of handing and matching the various face cards to the back of whichever card the judges chose. Also matching his name to the back of Howie's 13 card.

Marc and Shin swap places at 4:00 when they rotate the board.

The only mentalism trick going on here is subliminally influencing Howie (because the board says 'Choose Lim' through its various icons, letters and numbers). The rest is all misdirection (when they swap places) and sleight of hand on Shin's part (changing the backs of each card from behind the board).

The real trick is when they force Howie to choose Shin Lim.

The trick was in the table ..... It was black with black (already prepared) cards on it to camoeflage them from being visible from distance.He had magician's tape on those cards so that when he puts anything on the back of the card,it instantly sticks to it.After putting the cards all he had to do was flip them over.As for shin lim ,this was a magician show,shin is a former winner and there is a bit of psychology involved .... Look at the board... In first raw it says 'choose' and third row says 'lim' .
As for switch .... It happened when X went behind the board... Notice how he held board with his left hand and all of a sudden strangely he removed his hand and held board from a position slightly up ,it was as if someone just took over for him,also you can see x is a bit thin after the board flip .
