Which is: move a lot and drink water smartly.

Before I did it, I was overweight.
And after I did it, my body was healthy and everyone was happy with my body.

Thank you so much for the video, great first steps. I'm currently going back to my journey to lose my extra weight, I know it will be long and will take dedication. Other things i would like to add, intermittent fasting is great especially if you eat clean and take a multivitamin every day to help support all your body functions while changing your diet. To help start off on the right foot is to start you diet with with a cleanse.
