Best things to do are to stop drinking sodas or any other kind of sugary drink, and drink water only. Next, look at what you eat: stop all sugary treats like pies, cakes, cookies, ice cream, etc. No pastas, breads or noodles. Now you're thinking, you've told me all these things I can't have anymore--what CAN I have to eat? To start, lean meats such as fish, chicken and turkey (no frying but broiling, baking and boiling), and you can also eat beans and other legumes for protein. Vegetables, freshly cooked in olive oil or frozen to steam-cook in microwave. Fresh fruit (or dried) added to a tossed salad (stay away from romaine lettuce) along with nuts such as walnuts, cashews or almonds. You can also hold the fruit for later in a nice cup for dessert.
Turn off the TV and computer. Take a nice walk every day (running is BAD for your joints). Get plenty of sleep and take a nap later if you can. Drink water before you are thirsty--if you feel thirsty then you are already getting dehydrated. Don't watch the news: turn it off and turn on the Word of God, the Bible. Give your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, and watch Him change you into what He created you to be! Love you, take care!

Cucumbers are great ! Sometimes I cut up 3 to 4 of them and eat throughout the day . Very fulfilling. I drink plenty of water. It's hard for us truck drivers to eat healthy on the road.
A healthy drink I sometimes make in the mornings is
3 to 4 celery sticks
1 garlic clove
Tbsp cayenne pepper (give or take)
Tbsp pumpkin seeds
Chai seeds
Flax seeds
1 banana
Sometimes I add a half cup frozen fruit
8 to 16 oz water
It taste amazing & gives me that burst of energy
Occasionally I add plant based protein & beets powder if I'm going to drink throughout the day. Or meal replacement.
