Watching this stresses me out and makes me feel empathy for the fish. However, I have tested harvesting food and immediately processing and preserving versus waiting a day and noticed there is a huge difference in quality, that makes it worth the extra work without taking a break. Therefore, when I saw this video, I felt that I understood the difference.
