At first I was like "why are they doing this then I read the description

People. Read the description or watch the beginning of the video. They caught the sharks, tagged them, and then released them.
If anything, they're helping sharks more than harming them because the tag will help them study shark behavior and allow us to understand the more in-depth. If we gain this knowledge, we can help sharks in their life cycles and learn where to prohibit fishing.
And for you people who insist on the pain that the sharks feel, sharks are lacking in nociceptors, the nervous system's part that feels pain. The sharks feel a slight discomfort when hooked, such as you feeling someone rubbing your skin, but do not feel any pain.
Edit: To clear up about the rubbing on skin thing:
It's like knowing that it's there, but feeling no pain. When you accidentally hook yourself, but only through the skin, you know its there, but you feel no pain.
