I have tinnitus. So if I were in the room, the high frequency squealing noise in my right ear would have driven me crazy. I actually prefer to have a little noise.

The more overstimulated you are, the more silence makes you go wild, since it works like an detox from addiction.
If you dont spend your time on thinking, calming your soul and body down, silence will disrupt you.

Many ppl start hearing things when they have nothing to do or see for too long.
Mind is being opressed

From christian's point of view, ppl just love to overstimulate their souls mostly to cover many many things that come up when they dont have anything to do/see/hear/experience
The more focused you get, the more you hear from inside.
many ppl experience demonic activities too, while obviously not realizing it.
