Then it's not accent game anymore but a guess the language game.

Like.. Holy hell no german even REMOTELY sounds like that. The only thing I could think of is maybe saying "ja" or "nein" every now and then. Pronouncing "th" as Z .... But that's all I could possibly think of o.o
