I realized that at 16:25 the Endoskeletion isn't ballora... It's ennard. How I know? Ballora has pink eyes and ennard has blue eyes... The animatronic that jump scares mark is ennard.

I’ve never followed the FNaF lore, but here is my thought:

When Mark reaches the scooping room, Baby tells him that all the animatronics have been in the scooping room, followed by Mark asking who was in the other room. It seems like a plot hole at first, but when the secret room is unlocked, I noticed the animatronic that follows you there - Ennard - bears a strikingly similar resemblance of the endoskeleton that can jumpscare you on Night 5. Now, I will say that I have heard theories that Ennard is a combination of the animatronics - at least, the ones in Sister Location. So the endoskeleton that follows you around is possibly Ennard - and Bellora, Funtime Foxy, etc make up the parts of Ennard.

Long story short, Bellora became part of Ennard after she went to the scooping room.

Here is an explanation that might make you understand:
Mark: Who was in the other room? That was Ennard behind you, not Ballora, he was mimicing Baby the whole time, he is in the glass behind the scooping room, you fell into his trap, you got the real ending Mark... Now you are controlled by Ennard, that's why you have purple eyes when you look on the mirror, when Baby said she can pretend, it was Ennard saying he can pretend to be her, trust Baby, she didn't do anything, it was all Ennard.
