I wanted to say a huge thank u to brightside cuz i have been doing ur workouts since i was 13 now m 14 and i have changed a LOT!!! It was really hard for me at first day and my body was aching really badly but I decided to not give up and continue and here u go!

2days replaced walls push up by normal push up and did it 2 times feeling okay

day 1: finished the exercise, it was tough but i pushed through

day 2: i wanted to give up, my arms hurt really badly but i pushed through once again and completed it

Day 3: my arms were sore from the previous day, but i did it again and it was actually a little bit easier this time around, but still not easy also i started to see a line on my arms

Day 4: it surprisingly got a lot easier to do, after the wall push ups it always gets tougher, i do see some slimming in my arms though

Day 5: it was pretty easy today, i had no problem getting through it, i’m seeing some results, not a ton, but definetly noticeable :)

Day 6: my arms were sore from the other days of it, but i did it anyways and it was easy till the end, but i did it. i wore a tank top for the first time in a long time!

Day 7: i felt a tiny bit less motivated to do it today, just one of those days, but i did it pretty easily.

At the end of this, i did see my arms get slimmer, and there are a few lines that are noticeable from certain angles now!! I am very happy i did this and it has motivated me to start a complete fitness journey

Whatever he told to do in a day I am gonna do that twice a day si that I can see the results faster and gonna follow till two weeks so definetly gonna see results faster and better and will update every day

Day 1: very easily done and twice the number in morning of what you told and at evening doing the same so 4 times of what told in the video .

Day 2: quite easy but yesterday was much easier because my hands were paining but still did twice of what told in video

Day 3: as usual and easy and could see a little difference

Day 4: again as usual and easy and fun but my hands were paining

Day 5: my hands were paining and it was easy and could see a little difference

Day 6: easy as usual and could see a difference

Day 7: very easy and seem to be helpful to now
Day 8: my hands were paining and could see a little difference and going to follow till day 14 and will update everyday

Alright so here are my starting arm measurements
Right: 11.5
Left: 11
Day 1: felt very sore when I was doing them but afterwords I felt a little energetic
Day 2: I felt super lazy but I still did at least 5 also I felt like the exercises were more easier
Day 3: sorry I forgot about it and had to go to a party
Day 4: did only a few but felt the exercise getting easier
Day 5: I did all of them I felt great
Day 6: the exercise was very very easy now and I saw a little bit of arm getting slim
Day 7: I felt amazing because exercise was very easy even easier than yesterday
Final measurements:
Right:10.7
Left:10.5
I am going to do this again next week because is a fun and effective exercise

I’m gonna start this today cus I’ve always been self conscious of my arms and I modified this a little because i run track. So this is what I came up with:
• scissors - 30 seconds 2 reps w/ 15 second rest
• hands up/down - 30 seconds 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
• wall pushups - 25 times 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
• arm circles - 50 times 25 counter/clockwise 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
• plank - 2 minute plank (1 minute straight 30 seconds left & right) 2 reps w/ 30 second rest
• overhead bends - 20 times 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
• chair dips - 20 times 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
I’ll be doing them 2x a day, I just finished the first set and ngl my arms are pretty sore
I’ll keep you updated!!
