I love your video's and watch them often. You asked what we do to lose weight so here is my answer. I have been juicing and drinking smoothies for 6 days and have lost 6 lbs. (Eat lots of greens, make your smoothies with any mix of - spinach, parsley, cilantro, cabbage, cucumbers, celery, squeezed lemon or lime juice, coconut milk (can - such as Goya) dandelion greens, (pineapple - to sweeten, in small quantities), garlic, ginger, turmeric, kale, tomatoes, zucchini, avocado, and add water to your smoothies, I mix and match my recipes with these ingredients and so far it has worked! I'm going for 40 days! I am not a Dr. Just a 5'tall girl who is SICK of dieting and just want it gone! and will continue to eat healthy after I am done. To maintain I will enjoy the same foods but I will chew them in recipes instead of juicing.
