To the people who’s curious about the result, I’ll tell you. This workout is working well for me and I’m pretty sure it’ll work for you guys too. I don’t remember how long I did :3 however, it’s worth to do this workout bc it’s not that hard to do. At first, I thought this doesn’t work but my friend noticed and said why is your legs so slim so that’s how I found out it works Yh pretty weird but eh at least it work..

Day 1: can defimetly feel it. Burns quite a bit.
Day 2: didn't do it
Day3:didnt do it

Anyone trying to find if it works or not, I will update each month! Like to remind me! Day 1: no change and burned ALOT! Day 2: I skipped a day but I defenitly see a difference, it’s not a big difference but I can see a slight difference
Day:3 I see no difference but it is only day 3. I skipped a lot of days but I’m back at it: Day: idek I did the exercise and I think before I was doing it wrong because I felt much more of a stretch and it was harder

Day 1: Since I was a gymnast this was not hard for me, I was sore afterwards
Day 2: I forgot to do it
Day 3: It burns so I know its working!!

[P. S I don't have weighing machine at home so I used measuring tape heheheh]

Right now i'am having severe stretches in my muscles of thighs and strangely I'm also having stretches in my abdomen.... But I know I'll get over it in 3-4 days...


So yasssssss I don't know whether anyone would follow me with this exercise updates but here we go.... Booooommm...


I hope no no I PRAYYY to loose my thigh fats like they are so fatty as compared to my rest of body... OK let's see!

I just want them to look smaller
I will do this for 2 weeks and I will see if it’s worked or not and I do it mostly twice per day
Day1: I’m doing other thigh exercises
Day2: I’m doing other thigh exercises I just did it once today

Day4: I see some progress
Day5:I did it twice today
Day6: I just did it once today but it’s ain’t hard anymore
Day7: I’m still going with this hurt a lil bit
Day8:getting better everyday and have progress

June 8th Monday Day 2: I don't see the difference , but I do feel a little bit of it ( it is working)
June 9th Tuesday: I see a little bit of difference and I feel it to your legs will be burning more on the third day trust meI'm getting very happy

June 10th: getting tired faster, and burning less?? Gonna try again
