If you want to lose weight

1. dance or workout everyday for 1 hour

2.dont eat after 7 pm you can eat everything you want and how much you want but dont eat after 7

This worked for me i lost 20kg

I’m 12 and I want to do this soooo bad so every night before I sleep, I boost up my confidence saying “I will do this exercise tomorrow no matter what” and then I don’t do it the next day because either I head to the pantry first thing in the afternoon (I tend to sleep in a lot since it’s the holidays) or my parents are home and I’m too embarrassed to do it lol
Edit: ok I lost a few kilos and my thigh shape is actually much better. I did this exercise for at least a week and my thigh shape is much better. My routine was:
-20 push up (just go on your knees if you can’t do it properly)
-20 lunges
-20 squats
-20 sec plank
-20 hip bridges
Go ahead and try this. It might be hard at first but it gets easier if u do it more trust me :)
