It doesn't matter how many times I come here due to a repeated Youtube recommendation algorithm, it's always inspiring. I've searched for more about the technology the last months, viewed more productions and behind the scenes clips, and it's never boring to watch the hybrid and advantages of a 3D realtime graphic engine incorporated into today's top notch movies. 'The Mandalorian'- Season 1 is still one step ahead anything else I've seen. Simply amazing.

omg wow this is insane. honestly while watching the mandoloran i was convinced for the most part they used real life sets and locations.

I feel like this is what Lucas was going for in the Prequels... but the tech wasn't available at the time. Imagine how much better the visuals would've been if had LED screens

This show has filled the void left by GOT. It is one of the best I have ever seen, not just because of the story, Every second of the Mandalorian its a display of love for the craft.

This is amazing. This whole time I thought mandalorian was filming in actual deserts and forests in the world and building full sets. Obviously I knew there were plenty of VFX being used but still. DC needs to adopt this tech. The CGI in Batman v Superman and Justice league look fake AF.

I had no idea this technology even existed.

Christopher Nolan did something similar with Interstellar. Whenever they were in the spaceships, all the windows had screens outside them showing space. The actors talked about how incredibly helpful it was not to have to stare at green walls all day.

This technology looks so good that instead of being like "oh it's just CGI", I was actually trying to figure out the desert location where the desert scenes were shot.
