On my 60th birthday which was last june i rode my harley Davidson from Michigan to florida in 24 hours !!! My daughter was very surprised i pulled in on a harley !!!!

I love this video. Confidence, joyful exercise and movement, play and fun, being outside, creative expression of flattering clothes, mindset of freedom and positivity and love of life: that's all healthy and healthy does show up as physically beautiful.

We all are beautiful and beauty is much deeper than looking a certain way within a narrow box of cultural norms.

It's almost like beauty is already in all of us but certain choices hide it away more than other choices as if a conscious or subconscious choice to shame or repress our own beauty and vitality (which, like so many things, can relate to trauma).

Agism is silly and hurtful and an unnecessary heavy pressure over especially women for too long now.
