I had mine removed and honestly don't get the complaints. Sure it hurt... For three days. On the third, like magic, there was no pain. Very similar to braces and very endurable. It made it much more comfortable once it healed! My teeth were easily fixed and beautiful, and didn't bother me. Way worth it.

Yeah it is logical that we used it for different types of food. But also due to evolution we could have been forced away from it. The narrowing of the jaw may not have just been a physical trait of vanity that we evolved away from but could have been caused by the interbreeding of humanoid species such as the neanderthal which had a very different facial structure size then original "humans". Through years of interbreeding could have passed down traits to smaller foreheads and jaws in some. This is the main reason we have Huskier builds as well as lean builds. Also called ectormophs, endomorphs and mesomorphs.

It’s actually not necessary to get them removed. Dentists “recommend” you get them removed because of the POTENTIAL for future problems. Do your own research, and you’ll quickly find that little evidence supports this claim, such as one study in Greece where only 2-3% of 6,000 people who had their wisdom teeth removed actually needed them out.

Bome impaction is perfectly normal, and unless your wisdom teeth are causing pain or infection, it’s not worth the high risks of infection, pernament nerve damage, dry sockets, broken jaws, and several other complications for a surgery that you do not need. All you are doing is feeding the dentists money, as they scam one person after the next.

I knew that one day would have to get them removed but.. I didn't know you needed stitches and stuff....I have worrying issues so this sucks for me. Why God, why Did you have to make wisdom teeth?? 1.They give no wisdom and 2. they just jack your other teeth up!!

Well it beats having a wisdom tooth that hurt me since the ages of 19 until 37. Thinking it was migraines & baffling my doctors. It didn't help me not visiting my dentist since 17. The dentist said that I had impeccable oral hygiene otherwise for someone not visiting for 20years but my wisdom tooth was rotten to the core. It was removed & my headaches, recent chronic type sore throat all dissapeared with my sulphur breath. Yuck yes I was disgusted like you are. Just visit the damn dentist they'll put you at ease they deal with the phobia all the time.
