One person even had the decency to say "can you take her out please". Disgusting.

Le***********:
More than half of this comemts are being so FAKE, just because this girl was an actress and cry at the end. Don't act like u never ignore a poor kid in real life

T*:
A child is a child I cannot understand people assuming just because she’s homeless she is okay. No one should have to be homeless

sc**********:
Those people who didn't help that homeless girl have no soul.

el******:
As a Westerner who moved to live in a relatively poor country with a failing social security system, I can relate all too well to this prejudice. Because, I can see it happen on a daily basis. I'm not going to make any excuse for people's bias. Although it is to a degree understandable, it still is morally wrong. But there is another aspect to this problem that this video does not address, but it is very much a factor in the real world. There are a lot of criminal networks that exploit poor children as "professional" beggars (and sometimes also as pocket thieves). It is very important to realize that this is not the kid's fault, they really don't have any choice in this. But, if you try to help any of these kids, you will almost guaranteed end up in trouble with their "caretakers" in no time. Even worse, a lot of these kids have already learned very early on that any interference by well intended strangers will result in this being violently taken out on them for their "failure" to let this happen. It is a difficult problem with no easy solution. In many countries, this problem can only be tackled when governments decide to go after the criminal networks that exploit these children. Sadly, it is also rather common that local officials are also personally enriching themselves from these crimes through kickbacks and other forms of corruption. Only when people collectively stand up and say that this has to end one way or another, will this rather profitable(!) business of exploiting poor children stop.

I think its probably bcuz when the little girl looks like she has the ability to buy good clothes and take showers, people assumed that she has a family and parents but got lost. But when she was filthy and dirty people assumed that she naturally has no parents and lives on the streets.

Still its cruel that they couldn't give her at least some money to buy food

fe************:

“Can you take her out”
WTH
She was to upset so she left
I legit started crying

Pi********:
"The experiment got cancelled because she got too upset"
Damn, why is everyone there so heartless

da*:
People are mean. They only helped her when she looked rich. That's messed up. I would help her and then they called her out of the restaurant!? I hate people like that and they made her cry I would help her who else would?

el***************:

I don't hold off it being a good comparison, a well off girl alone is lost and a poor girl probaly has her mum around the corner under a bridge

Ib***********:
" Can you take her out please? "
That hits Right in my heart

Sh************:
Aliens: I told you, we should not care about These humans who dont care for one of their kind

Ju*********:
“This experiment was called off when she got too upset”

That is so heartbreaking to hear

So***********:
I really appreciate that they care about how the girl feels even if this is just an experiment. They never forced her to keep going. When she got too upset, they actually stopped the experiment.

Je********:

“Will you take her out”.
Yea, God forbid a kid who’s probably hungry and looks homeless interrupts your perfect restaurant experience.

Bu******:
A "poor" kid, placed so obviously without any signs of distress at a busy street? - in Eastern Europe we call that a ticket for human trafficking.

Ro*********:

Well, it is obvious cause a rich or middle class child stays with her parents but poor ones might be beggars or orphans staying on the roads without parents

Edit:. I JUST MEAN SHE IS HOMELESS NO ONE WOULD ASK A HOMELESS IF SHE IS LOST
Can someone tell me the number of likes on the comment i think youtube blocked my comment

Ta**********:
If someone looks homeless, people probably won’t ask if they’re lost.

Do*****:
A poor girl asked money to my uncle once, when he took the purse out the girl snatched the purse and started running away, luckily one man caught her and my uncle got his purse back. I don’t blame them for the way they acted, this world isn’t good and bad, there are lots of grey in between.

la***:

Yeah as sad as it is, you have to avoid as much as possible in big cities. A lot of them are scams

Ra****:
The restaurant part was brutal... Humans...

Ma**************:
When traffickers see this child, it doesn't matter whether she looks rich or poor. All they see is dough.

AJ**************:

To be fair the body language on the “poor girl” was different and she seemed more relaxed. Whereas the other one was playing with her skirt and looked out in the open.

Ke******:
That poor girl. Even though she was just acting she was still hurt. Im glad they stopped this when she was upset.

Ja*********:
The Rich are so filled with greed they would let a poor child die infront of them.

Bo******:
She looked like she wasn’t even scared or lost when she dressed “poorly”. She just looks like some other dudette on the street, not some lost child.

hi***:
When she started crying it broke my heart

Co*********:
Dear comment section,

Action speaks louder than words.

gr***:

oh my god what the hell how could they say "can you take her out please?" even the little actress child cried :(

An************:

The fact that the little girl became too upset just makes me think...in reality, I wonder how children somewhat similar to her would feel like.

Sad, neglected... I'm glad they took this experiment, and I think YouTube should radomly put this in our recommendations..

It's not just children...but anyone

Ch********:

"Could you take her out please "
WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD.

Ca***:
This definitely depends on what country you're at. Here in the Philippines it's not easy to trust strangers, rich/poor/beggars. Kids like that here in Ph most often used for crime. A kid once spit on me cause I gave him a food rather than money. I was just a student, and have no money to spare. Cruel world.

OS*******:

Cut the part where people helped her

Sa**:

A lot of the time I go outside and see people like this, Where I used to live in Kenya there were many people on the streets scamming the tourists out of their money because they made it look like they were homeless or disabled. I saw a "crippled" woman get up on her feet and walk to her car and drive away. Many people know about the scams and just ignore them.

By****************************:

The man who said "Can you take her out please" will never have kids of his own

Ha*********:
This is why I hate the toxic Humanity

bi**************:

I love how europeans react to this one all bubbly and innocent like "owwww how could they take her out of the restaurant you monsterssssss" while the georgians, armenians, turkish, azerbaijani etc. Reacts to it being normal because they know and saw how many people got scammed and even got into trouble (all the way to dying) because of beggars (not even beggars, I remember an old lady who walked slowly to get people help herself across the street while she pickpocketed everyone). You will never understand till you live in a dangerous country people. It is always easy to talk than do.

Ha*********:
Ok here is my analogy as to what I think may have went through some peoples minds

The 'rich' girl
Was standing there alone and looking around. Because she looks like she is from a well to do family, people think that she may be lost so they will go help her.
However, for the 'poor' girl,
She is wearing dirty ragged clothes and looking around, people may think that she is asking or begging for money so they didn't help. (Unless she started calling out her mother and cried then I think those adults are just biased.)

Mi******************:

This is somehow not accurate...

I live in Europe and when you see a child standing on the ground/street, with patched clothes and dirt on his/her face, you instantly assume it's a child left there by a parent to beg for money (it happens a lot and you can't really do anything about it as their parents are watching them).... Nobody can legally do anything for those children, unfortunately....so it's not that people don't care, it's that people can't do anything about it...

When people see a young girl dressed nicely, they will instantly assume she is lost and will try finding her parents...

Soooo, that's why you might have different behaviours.
