Pa*****:
you can use a heatgun and the end or just leave it into the sun for a few hours . if there are a few bubbles the heatgun or the sun will fix it . i do this on my cars for years now but great video .

tw*****:

i would suggest to use baby shampoo instead of dawn, much more mild and its never streaked on me, and your baby smells baby fresh after you're done.

Co**********:
for the longest time i thought the leaves on the ground were bubbles in the tint!

Be******:
You should redo this video since you're a lot more composed now (meaning you aren't stopping and backtracking, you're smoother now. if that makes sense) and your camera work is better.

He*********:
Chris tried to cover his face but forgot his reflection

St********:

Chris was so low energy in these old videos. Transformation is amazing!

va**********:

CF: "Okay, let's go look at the tint from the outside"
Me: "Looks pretty good"
CF: "Well, it looks pretty good..."
xD great minds think alike, my friend

Ik******:
So that's what you look like lol jk

Mr*****:

i have to give mad props to chris for making it that smooth...i say, just pay and have it done right unless you want to be the guy rolling down the road with bubbly tint that looks awful...its always the guy in the 93 saturn with three different color doors and fenders with the ho-made tint job and dont forget to put a plastic trash bag over the busted window

Ba**********:

this stressed me out just watching you do this. I don't think I would be able to do this without loosing my shit lol.

Ro***********:
That was an old school way to tint and methods have improved.  First, see if a local tint shop will sell you precut tint pieces.  Most now have the make and model programmed in and it cuts the film precisely so you don’t have to worry about scratching your glass and makes for a cleaner installation. Second, a squeegee, baby shampoo and razor blades are very important.  Dirt and lint are your enemy with tint.  Liberally spray the inside window with soap/water solution, use a razor blade to scrape the glass of any particulate.  Spray the window again and use the squeegee to clean the glass forcing the water to the bottom of the window. Try not to touch the glass with a paper towel as it will leave lint.  When installing tint, notice if the window has a black ring that the tint will cover, this will hide your fingerprints so don’t touch the tint where it will be on clear glass.  It will show every speck of dirt as a silver spot when dry.  As you peel back the tint liberally spray it with soapy solution, also spray the window on the clear glass but not the top edge as you don’t want to wash dirt out from the trim onto the clean glass.  Don’t let the film touch anything but the window!!  When in place and you are ready to lock it in, spray some soapy water on the back of the tint, the non glue side.  Use your squeegee to make a cross pattern in the tint, this spreads out the tension so you don’t get fingers popping up at the edges.  When a finger pops up, it will suck in dirt from the edge by capillary action.  Once everything is squeegeed out, cover a credit card or flat spatula with a paper towel and press firmly to push out the remaining water.  If too much water remains it will pool and when it dries, will leave silver spots.
Fingers can be removed using a heat gun.  Fingers are very common on any curved window.  Tint can usually be melted only in one direction so for roll-up windows or back glass, make sure the roll of tint  was used left to right (that is the edge of the roll was at the top and bottom of the glass) as it is rolled out.  The finger can be pressed down, firmly and slowly after being melted.  You might even heat the glass at the finger from the outside to evaporate some of the water but be careful not to fry the glue by overheating.
