I love how Heidi's hair covered the number on the dollar bill so that we could only see the L. It was a good act, but I doubt the bill in the bag had the same serial number.

You don't really think he actually did that? do you??? He had a serial number stick with high quality in his hand, when he got the bill he stick the number to the bill, Of course, he had the bill with the predetermined serial number already inside the bag of popcorn.

I don't get how people have no idea how he did it. It's simple: he has two same dollar bills. One with him, and one inside the bag. He asks for a dollar bill, and the magic is when he substitutes the one lended to him with the one he already has before reading the serial code outloud. Simple.
