Here's the TRICK:
Illusion 1: the envelop has two layers with opening at two opposite sides. One layer that he showed at the beginning which was empty, obviously. Another layer, however, is sealed with the cuttings of page 60 inside prior to the show.
Illusion 2: to the back the card he used as bookmark is the another small piece of page 60 attached. No matter where and when judges would tell him to stop he would actually show that small piece of page 60 attached with card, (and that book doesn't actually has page 60 because it is already torn and kept inside the envelop). Look at 1:28 how he shows only small portion of that page and cautiously hides the edge.
I guess you know the rest.
It's a cool illusion though. He's great :)

You are so right! In fact if you freeze the frame at 1:31 you actually see the card end at the far right. Guess Mr. Collins didn't cover it up as much on instant replay.
Actually not quite if you pause it at 1:27 you'll see that he's only showing the top corner the size of the card and making sure the judges dont see the rest of the page, all you can see is enough to think its actually page 60 and know what the first word is, after he's done getting the page number and first word he closes the book around the card and slips it out making sure once again that no one saw the real page. He probably had another copy at home which he cut the top corner of page 60 out of and if you stop at 1:31 you can see that he it taped to the backside of the card.

Check out some of the previous comments on here. There are a couple that explain the method of the trick. The envelop has two pockets, one empty and one with page 60 ripped from the book. The corner of a page 60 from another copy of the book is taped to the back of the two of spades. Notice that the only time we see the back of the two of spades is when it's in the book. Change the quality to 1080p, view in full screen, and pause the video at 1:31. You can see tape between the card and page 60.

The envelope has two compartments one is empty and one not. When sealed and cut it seal the other side and behold the missing page that was already in there..... i could be wrong

There wasn't any page 60 on that book as it was already torn off. The back of the card was stuck with a piece of that ''page 60 + letter draw'' and the envelope contains a tiny glued secret pocket where was already kept that torn page + ''draw'' written on it ! Just need to pass the scissors through carefully to open the secret pocket and here you go: '' MAGIC'' ! America's got talent and very clever judges ..LOL

In the envelopes secret 2nd compartment like I already talked about... And no matter when the judge told him to stop to a. Certain page, he still was going to stop on the 60th pages I his "prediction" would be accurate now this trick would have been amazing if all of the judges had signed that page and somehow it still wound up under Heidi's butt!!! It would have been significantly better but instead the first word of that page was the only thing written on it which in dumb because its no more

The invalope has to sites, in here the page is aleready placed, but when shown to the audiens it is not revealed, since the magician is showing them the emty part. And if you look carefully, he is placing the card very specific, this is because that the card also has another site, wich can be bended out from the back of the card. On this outbended part of the card there is a copy of the same page, where the site number is 60 and the first word is draw. This means that the page never was inside the book at any time, but that it was taken out before the show. (PS. YOU CAN SEE THE TAPE ON THE CARD!)

If you're interested in how he does it...
He has the top left corner piece of page 60 from another book which he hides behind the card. When he's told to stop, as long as it is near where 60 would be, it's believable. The book already has the 60 page ripped out of it. He opens the book slightly so that you can only see the top left hand corner, which he hid behind the card. You can see that piece behind the card when he takes the card back out if you watch closely.
The camera jumps around a lot at the beginning so it's hard to tell how he gets the ripped page inside the empty envelope. I imagine he has it pressed to the side and he slips it in when he lifts it up to lick it.
