Roman saini inspired me. Watching this talk, around 1 months ago turned my routine upside down. This guys thoughts helped me improve my approach and views not only towards exams but life too. If one can inspire a single person its considered a big achievement, this guy is inspiring millions. Watched his channel unacademy, he's throwing away gems of knowledge for free. He could have earned lakhs of rupees if he had selfish motive. He's doing niswartha seva. Watching him walk in stage appeared like a lion roaming fearlessly in jungle. His voice is so confident that I was instantly motivated and excited. All this because he is a unselfish person genuinely trying to help people. This guy is 9 years younger than me but attracts great respect from my heart. God bless you dear Roman saini.

Isn't it funny that when we call other people judgemental but right now most of us are doing the same. We are judging a book by it's cover.
He's just trying to prove that even people with average past life can dream and work hard to achieve big. Research paper publishing episode was to prove that sheer interest can land you with a paper in a journal. Boasting about UPSC xms after tasting success is not a bad thing.
Please google about him n then make a proper judgement. His tone offends u rather than his content of speech, sir/mam then it's actually u who has some problem.
Pessimist people just place yourself infront of that 1500 people, will u be even be able to open your mouth(think honestly).
:/

(Just think before u write)

Yas we get IAS topper, IIT toppers, IES toppers and many kinds of toppers in their respective field. But still we are not getting Nobel laureate, Discoverer, mother Teresa, Kalam, J.C. Bose, Hargobind Khurana. Is something wrong here???

Hi*************:

Trust me I didn't even notice that u were walking until I saw all these comments.. to be honest I was totally lost & mesmerized in whatever u were telling us!!

Best motivational speech ever from an Indian. No discussion, period. So simple yet so elegant.  @Roman Saini  Sir, my father died while I was 10 years old and his last wish was that I contribute to nation building. Sir, I am very poor student from rural Jharkhand and affording Delhi coaching was beyond me. But since you started giving free lectures on Unacademy, I go to cybercafe in Ranchi, download them and watch them at my place again and again. You, along with Mrunal sir, are God for every civil service aspirants. Just want to meet you once after becoming IAS and fulfilling my father's last wish.

I can say with proud that my motivational speaker is Roman Saini...

Ro********:

Thanks for the 1400+ people for your valuable feedback. Sorry to disappoint you from the bottom of my heart. Even I did not like the walking, the shouting, the self-boasting bit, it when I saw the video. I realise that people will take it negatively and they should. But it was my first public speaking experience and hence, I committed those mistakes. I am really sorry for the same. Just a suggestion that please do not spread so much hatred on the internet that many among the new generation, stop trying altogether for the fear of online ridicule and hatred. Just my views. Sorry if you disagree.

SA*********:

Really I got goosebumps after watching this.
HATS OFF TO ROMAN SAINI THAT'S WHY HE IS THE TOPPEST EDUCATOR ON UNACADEMY.

I read all the comments and I would say that unless you achieve even 1% of what he did, you are not supposed to defame someone's English or attitude. The voice was loud but I just grabbed what was beneficial to me, as I'm no one to judge unless I'm not at his position. He's a nice person and really doing "FREE" service to all the UPSC aspirants.....

Sound like sunny deol ....tarikh pr tarikh dialogue

He only did what he does best as he was self aware of his goals. These days students are just aware of pubg and instagram. Wish more people could realize their purpose

Ro********:

Hey guys, I never meant to be boastful or to come across as arrogant pathetic show-off on such a hallowed platform, from which I have learned so much. If that was the message conveyed to some of you, I regret it and am deeply sorry for that. Further, I was shouting because the organiser told me that there were many issues in the preceding talks and sound was not recorded properly. Still, the quality is bad, especially audible during me playing guitar. I should have walked a lot less and I apologise for that as well. Though, I am full of such imperfections, yet to err is human and I will try to improve in next talks. However, most of you have reflected on the message I wanted to convey that despite being average on almost all the parameters, anyone can achieve 'success', in whichever field or way they want it, by following certain cardinal principles, which are quintessential for reaching where you want to be. Whatever trivial or limited success I have seen, can be solely attributed to such rules, amply highlighted in the talk. Lastly, one of the most respected people in my life are nerds, and I am proud to be one, even if not in the traditional fashion.

I m so excited my broken marriage has been restored. "We recently made up, even though it was difficult. It's been more than a month now, and everything feels like it's returned to normal. He has begun to treat me better, and it's been a healing process for both of us. The night mare that had lasted for almost 2 years before we broke up is finally over. It's like we fell in love all over again! We 've both put the past behind us, and are trying to move forward_ and for the first time in long time, the future look alot brighter.i can't express in world's how grateful I am Dr uduebor for revive it's like we 've finally rediscovered those things about each other that made us fall in love in the first place. All of the worry and stress has simply vanished. Thank you Dr uduebor for saving my broken marriage and bringing my husband back to me! " Me and my husband are living together happily again. All thanks to Dr uduebor.if you have any problem with hearth issues as well. Contact (*****@email.com) or Whatsapp (+2349044159370).

Hi friends, I am from a village in Tamilnadu, India.. For our people like my dad,my relatives ,teachers To become a IAS officer is such a huge thing...we respect this service.
Roman sainzi sir resigned from his service and created a educational platform Unacademy to help the financially poor people to achieve their dreams....see this is a wonderful thing....To get upsc coaching from Delhi or other coaching institutes is a expensive one for a talented aspirant.... Roman sir is doing a great thing for his society. He is not shouting in this ted talk .He want to highlight our confidence level,we have to believe in ourself..
He is not a professional in speaking...So see the positives...Try to be a socially responsible person..That's it
