I wasnt a fan of this woman- at first..sadly, I judged her-thinking she was just another auto tuned, talentless, produced to make money "artist". Man was I sadly mistaken!!!!! She's just the opposite- probably one of the few TRUE ARTISTS of this time period. One of the few that when she's "live", she actually IS LIVE. She is absolutely an amazing performer. Can't wait to see her live!!!!! (Check out the 03:28-ish mark if u need proof. ..)

lip synch? really? how about that shout on 2:59? IS THAT LIP SYNC? Some people judge here without thinking. All her live performances have pre-recorded second voice vocals because she doesn't have back up singers. PLEASE. LEARN. HOW. TO. OBSERVE.

Not a Gaga follower, but this is rock performance at its best. She has an amazingly expressive voice- I swear there's a couple moments where she's getting so emotional she looks like she's about to cry. At 3:30 it's clear that she's not relying on overdubs like so many other SNL performers. Just outstanding.

This song is fucking fun. Way better than the R Kelly one. Honestly, that performance was a bit embarrassing to watch. But this has such a positive feel and genuine joy to it!

Gaga was never forgotten nor is her career going down. ARTPOP is who she truly is and the music she truly wanted to make. She's happy with This album and her fans are too. Also it was already certified Platinum in Canada after its first week.

Using album sales to correlate its success is so stupid in today's age when it is so accessible to be downloaded for free pretty much anywhere. This is my favorite album of hers because she does a great job at expressing her most intimate emotions with her fans. It is not mainstream sounding so of course many will not like it.

She is not lip synching. She just has back up vocals for when she gets to the chorus because it's a pretty fast song. You can tell she's singing live when she says "Here New York!!" and when she transitions to her guitar you can clearly not hear her voice because she's away from the microphone. Also Gaga is trained classically on the piano. Gaga is a musical prodigy. She learned to play the piano by ear at age four, and wrote her very first song soon afterwards. She also wrote her first complete piano ballad at age thirteen, and started performing at fourteen. Do your research before you judge her because she's accomplished so many things, while you're behind a computer screen judging someone who could care less about your opinion. I'm just letting you know. Stop the drama, start the music.

People need to understand the difference between lip syncing and using backing vocals with the performance. Gaga uses backing vocals because she doesn't have back up singers. She never has and never will lip sync

You know in all honesty I can't really understand how people criticize GaGa for being untalented, etc. To me she never was meant to be a "mainstream" artist, I mean look at her! Her voice, image, and everything isn't going to appeal to stupid ignorant hicks or the shallow gay stans for Miley, Katy, etc. People labeling her as a flop needs to realize something, there are many other artists in the world who don't sell millions of copies but are regarded as true talent. If sales equal talent, then shame on YOU for believing this stupid logic. 

GaGa and other unique artists are in their own league. Chart positions, sales, and downloads; irrelevant.

You keep doing what you do best GaGa.

People are criticizing ARTPOP with such cruelty because the music is DIFFERENT from pop music. Lady Gaga did state with ARTPOP she ventured out of the box pop music puts their artist in.
She added last night on Twitter:
"ARTPOP's music is a celebration of the impact monsters&I have had since the fame. Not just style, but taking risks to spread love & =quality.
6 years later, I never let anything change me. Those blonde bangs they thought were weird are now a sculpture, tall and proud and forever."
Then someone retorted what happened to inspirational songs? The albums sucks. Hello, the album is a mixture between fun, dance, sexy AND inspirational music. It's like all her albums combined! Just because the music on ARTPOP is "different" doesn't mean it sucks.

Well I reckon ARTPOP is Gaga's best album by miles, even though her others were super awesome of course.
ARTPOP shows all her different styles of music that she is capable of, Balleds, Dance, Rock, Electro, all these styles she adapts to perfectly, not many can sing different genres/styles so perfectly.
I have liked Gaga from when she was just Stafani and I like her even more so now, she is experimenting with new styles, while at the same time positively influencing and helping people around the world.
She is also not afraid to try new things, which is so cool to see.
And I love Gypsy, it is my favourite on the album!

And then you get these Gaga haters who have no life and got nothing better to do.
