Learning about the science and research behind this surprises me, I might be inclined to give them a shot!

True Story: I read somewhere that when you use products like Head and Shoulders, you will have to use them forever because your scalp is already used to that environment that when you stop using it, dandruff can come back again. So what I did was stopped using it and started using "organic" shampoos. I tried a lot I even tried not using any shampoo. I think it was the right time of trying it because I was working from home and wasn't exposed to the sun all the time. Nothing worked. For months, my scalp was itchy and I was losing a lot of hair. I scratch a lot that my scalp had wounds. I even went to a scalp specialist but they are requiring a treatment that cost thousands of dollars and can last for a year or two. One day, I just thought of going back to H&S because I don't know what else to do. I'm itch free again. Maybe my scalp is just very dependent on whatever they put on that product but I guess I'm going to use this forever now.

I had dandruff since I could remember but while I was small I wasn't allowed to use anti dandruff shampoo, but when I was a teen I started using head and shoulders. For the first time jin my life I hated showering. I had physical pain when ever I used it and I tried many types of it. And I wasn't allowed to skip using the shampoo. When I got older and had my own earnings, I changed to another types of shampoo that wasn't anti dandruff, two weeks after that I had a hair that had no dandruff and I wasn't hating my showers. I added the use of conditioners too and my hair haven't been better.
