Ka********:
"What's a light year? You're an engineer right?"
"A light year is a thousand years"

I thought engineers actually went to school.

Jo*********:

"i think area 51 could be real"

Gu*************:

How can an engineer know so little about the universe?

Ph***********:
you just found the reason why Aliens wouldn't visit us

Kj************:

Imagine people on other planets having this same discussion..

Mi***********:
How do people not know what a galaxy is? Or a light year?

I can at least forgive them for not knowing what an exo-planet is.

Ru**********:

That shocking facepalm moment when an Engineer says a Light year = A thousand years :D

Mi*************:

If there is alien life I sure hope it's more intelligent than most of this comment section

ca******:

NEIL A. (First man on moon)

Backwards: ALIEN

Engineer thinks light year = 1000 years and galaxy =  a sun and a moon....I think I'm going to choose to swim across rivers from now on instead of going over the bridges!

do******:

Guy :''Is it a massive, gravitationally bound system consisting of stars, stellar remnants, an interstellar medium of gas and dust, and dark matter?'' Derek :''No, it's a smartphone.''

El***:

Okay, I’m going to ask the important question: what is the name of the font in the thumbnail?

-An Engineer
Sums up the education system.

Mu**********:
Bad news, guys. We are NOT alone. When I was 31, I saw an alien flying object (mere feets above rooftops in my densely populated neighborhood) pretty up-close. It was not from this planet. It was not man-made. No chance. It seemed like its "cloaking device" somehow turned off because I felt like I was not supposed to see the object... It was scary experience. I live in Brno, Czech republic.

But honestly, it is not that hard to detect these "crafts"... Just keep watching night sky during summer or - if you wanna be 100% successful - just buy an infrared camera... Should take you a couple of days or weeks at max to catch your own E.T. craft.

DJ******:
This video is a great example of how twisted our education system is, (you could say globally). We teach mathematics to our children from a very young age, which is great since you could say it is the most essential language of the universe. But most teaching methods slam down numbers (even though they're simple) without even awakening curiosity about the children's surroundings. It is SO important, for any human, to have a good sense of relativity. That's why teaching about physics and the universe is so important, and you can start in simple ways which are amazingly awesome. Not only will a sense of relativity help in understanding our physical place in the universe, it will help people replace themselves in other peoples situations. TEACH THE WORLD ABOUT THIS DAMNIT...
